Planning a party this holiday season? Join Registered Dietitian Julie Meeker to learn how to prepare healthy meals and appetizers for your guests! The first night of this 2-class workshop will be spent at Health Bridge with their Registered Dietitian where you will learn about healthy ingredient substitutions and cooking methods. The last class will be spent at Simply Homemade in Crystal Lake where you will apply your healthy cooking knowledge to assemble 3 nutritious holiday meals to take home (each meal serves 4-6)!
